I have been a Realtor in the San Diego market for the past 10 years, a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  Being a Realtor is important to me, as opposed to being a real estate “agent”.  Realtors, have special education and continuing education requirements, and must adhere to a strict code of ethics.

My designations include Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Green Realtor.  This means have had special training in helping those over 55 with their real estate needs, including disability assistance, tax incentives, and knowing and helping with most of the specific issues seniors can face when moving. I have helped them to find a suitable care facility when needed, held estate sales, done some home staging and worked with their survivor children, spouses, or executors when someone has passed away.

The Green designation is important because I care deeply about the environment, and the condition we leave the earth in to our children and grandchildren.  Knowing about new products and services that are sustainable, and add value to a home are a wonderful way to serve my clients.  Saving money on energy is important to most everyone, and today’s savvy home buyers are looking for ways to do that!

Since this is my 3rd career, I am at a place in my life where quality is more important than quantity; therefore over 95% of my business comes from referrals.  I work with both sellers and buyers; my area of specialty is along the I-15 corridor of north Inland County. And, I have had transactions from Alpine to Oceanside and will go most anywhere.
